In 2013 I was sent on a photographic assignment to explore the culture of barbecue food in Memphis and the Mid-South. An unforgettable experience, I met some amazing chefs who keep their treasured recipes in memory only. The food was amazing - here's a short film to promote pop up restaurant BBQ on ICE which uses authentic Mid-South recipes for all of their dishes. If you're in London get down to BBQ on ICE - the food is authentic American BBQ, much of it researched and developed in Memphis. Really enjoyed the food and cocktail shoot - we'll be working on a short film next week.
